It was a defining moment when Tina first stepped inside a relative's villa. It had a magnificent sense of arrival and history, qualities that inspired her to create her own piece of New Zealand history in Whangarei.
After gaining a diploma in Interior Design Tina set about renovating 'doer-uppers'. In 2006 Tina embarked upon her biggest challenge to date: to relocate a 95 year old villa shell from Mount Eden, Auckland, to Whangarei.
She had a vision of establishing her own lifestyle property - no matter how much others tried to put her off. Two years later, she had created a classical family home- blending the original architecture with elements of contemporary living.
Tina has spent many years at Northern Publishing, was intrinsic in the creation of Scene Magazine and has also owned her own mortgage brokering business. Her skills in print advertising and marketing, matched with her own interest and hands-on experience in property, mean that Tina can offer her clients a powerful combination of skills, experience, and expertise.
Tina's family moved to Ruakaka in 1985 from Auckland. Her family are very passionate about the region and were heavily involved in re-establishing the One Tree Point Pony Club. Community spirit runs in the family and is one of the main reasons Tina returned to her home town.
Tina has been a Real Estate agent since 2009, she managed a local franchise real estate company for four years until it was sold. She loves Ruakaka and Whangarei and is very knowledgeable about the area. Tina is an awarding winning agent who goes the extra mile for her clients and has many a testimonial to share.
